Cosmetic Ward Nurse Responsibilities:
• Adequately recruit and train the team for role delivery.
• Work on the ward 2/3 days a week and 2 days in the day Clinic.
• Manage patient flow, bed occupancy, and required resources.
• Collaborate with the theatre department for resource alignment.
• Conduct staff 121s and appraisals.
• Assist in company process development.
• Provide updates to the hospital manager.
• Manage care under medical/clinical leads.
• Offer out-of-hours support on a rota basis.
• Identify personal and team training needs.
• Foster effective communication within the multi-disciplinary team.
• Assist in cost-effective Clinical Stock management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Contribute to the clinical governance agenda and risk assessment.
• Support the Registered Manager in Clinical Governance.

Cosmetic Ward Nurse Main Duties / Personal Care:
• Provide safe, effective care to service users without direct supervision.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and needs.
• Align nursing practice with policies and guidelines.
• Supervise unregistered staff and monitor delegated tasks.
• Assist in maintaining clinical standards and participate in governance.
• Participate in investigations arising from incidents.
• Support a conducive care environment and education/training.
• Participate in the induction program for new staff.
• Stay updated with clinical and professional developments.
• Maintain confidential service user information.
• Monitor medication and consumable stock levels.
• Prepare patient TTO medicines and provide instructions.
• Report accidents, incidents, and complaints as required.
• Work as a team member, promoting team nursing.
• Complete required audit checks.
• Communicate with patients, offering nursing support and advice.

Cosmetic Ward Nurse Essentials:
• Experienced Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Working in a private setting (Desirable).
• Cosmetic Experience (Desirable).
• Working in a surgical environment (Essential).
• Working in an Outpatient Clinic (Desirable).
