Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient running of the care home and create a conducive atmosphere for residents.
- Interact with residents to meet their healthcare needs and resolve issues.
- Report any health concerns and coordinate with healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Ensure meals are of high quality and meet dietary needs.
- Complete and maintain residents' Care Plans.
- Assess and review residents' social and health care needs.
- Maintain accurate records and individualised Care Plans.
- Conduct regular checks on residents and ensure effective handover at shift end.
- Administer and document prescribed medications.
- Maintain integrity in all dealings with residents' personal and financial affairs.
