Seeking a dedicated Deputy Nursing Home Manager for a Specialist Dementia nursing home in Plymouth. You will lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care, support CQC compliance, manage staffing, and maintain high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to provide personalized care and support.
- Assist Home Manager with CQC compliance, audits, staffing, and more.
- Foster positive relationships and act as a role model for staff.
- Oversee care for residents with diverse needs including physical and neurological conditions.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with management experience.
- Diploma in Health and Social Care NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Ability to manage operations, ensure quality care, and uphold safeguarding standards.
