We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis. Our modern, air-conditioned facility is purpose-built to industry-leading standards and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including digital X-ray and in-house laboratory capabilities.
About You:
You will play a key role in the daily operations of the practice, ensuring the highest standard of care for both patients and clients. As a nurse, you will be at the heart of our practice, performing a vital clinical role. We seek someone who leads by example, possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, and takes pride in maintaining high standards. You should have an interest in understanding the business side of the practice and be motivated to help the team achieve both personal and practice-wide goals. Ideally, you have experience in a Head Nurse role, managing a team, and enjoy coaching and mentoring nurses and student nurses. Your success will be driven by your ability to embrace all aspects of the Veterinary Nurse role, delivering excellent patient and client care. You will be a strong team leader, taking full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the practice, working alongside a supportive management team.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week over 4 days, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9:00 am 2:30 pm).
