Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive pre-assessments for patients ahead of surgeries and procedures.
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the outpatient department.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth patient care pathways.
- Educate patients on their procedures and post-operative care.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN.
- Experience in outpatient or pre-assessment nursing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- UK Right to Work required.
