Role Overview
As a Peripatetic Manager, you'll lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across various locations, ensuring outstanding, personalized care for our residents. You'll manage all aspects of the home, from identifying business opportunities to managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance. Your role will also involve building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, playing a key part in strengthening our reputation as a trusted healthcare provider.

Flexibility is crucial for this role as you will be required to work across different locations depending on the needs of the organization. Reporting directly to the COO and SCT, you may occasionally work out of hours or evenings.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as Home Manager during periods of absence or when a designated manager is not in place, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of care.
Provide hands-on support to homes facing challenges, addressing regulatory compliance, quality of care, and staff management.
Assist homes with senior vacancies by stepping into leadership roles, ensuring continuity in care delivery.
Collaborate with the Regional Director to support strategic goals, implement policies, and contribute to regional success.

Key Requirements:
Relevant experience in healthcare management.
Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in a managerial role within the healthcare sector, demonstrating effective leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to adapt to diverse environments and manage varied situations with a proactive approach.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel between homes.
