We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Lead RVN to oversee the day-to-day operations of a branch practice in a rural setting. This stand-alone branch offers a varied mix of consultations, surgeries, and nurse consults each day, supported by a full in-house Idexx blood suite.
Role Details:
- Hours: Flexible – choose between a 4 or 5-day workweek. Part-time applicants are welcome to apply.
- Saturdays: 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a shared rota.
- No OOH: Out-of-hours duties are covered by an external provider.
- Responsibilities: You will be involved in theatre, consultations, and inpatient care, with the opportunity to focus on any areas of particular interest.
- About the Practice:
- The practice operates across three branches in West Berkshire. Due to the rural location, a full driving license and personal transport are essential.
