Job Title: Senior Staff Nurse

Location: Oakham

Salary: £22.38 per hour

Shifts: Mix of days and nights

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team in Oakham. The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in RGN, RMN, and RNLD, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in nursing homes. This role requires a dedicated and compassionate individual who is committed to providing high-quality care and clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and assess the health and well-being of residents, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of nursing staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical guidelines.
- Provide support and guidance to residents and their families.

Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Nurse (RMN), and/or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing homes.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- High level of professionalism and empathy.
- Flexibility to work a mix of day and night shifts.
