Sister/Charge Nurse - Oncology - State-of-the-Art Private Hospital - Up to £44,100

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the realm of healthcare excellence? We have an incredible opportunity for a Sister/Charge Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Oncology department.

At our renowned hospital in Windsor, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and creating a supportive environment for both patients and staff. This full-time role offers flexibility with 37.5 hours per week across various shift patterns. We're looking for individuals who are registered general nurses with a passion for delivering evidence-based care. Your mentorship qualification and 18 months of post-registration experience will be invaluable as you ensure the highest standards of patient care are maintained at all times.

Your duties will encompass everything from providing individualized patient care to serving as an advocate for both patients and staff. We're seeking someone who can demonstrate leadership skills and uphold professional standards as outlined by regulatory bodies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse at level 1, holding a Diploma or BSc in Nursing Studies.
  • Demonstrated evidence of relevant clinical professional development, ideally certified as an RN with valid NMC Registration.
  • Possession of a Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with the NMC Code of Accountability.
  • Exceptional clinical knowledge grounded in evidence-based practices and adherence to national best practice standards.
  • Proficiency in basic workload and shift management skills.
  • Sound understanding of workload and shift management principles.
  • Mathematics and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • Competency in PC usage, including software and systems.
  • A minimum of 18 months of post-registration experience.
