Staff Nurse Job Setting
My client requires a dedicated Staff Nurse to work within a patient-centred nursing home in Dawlish, Devon. My client provides nursing services to the elderly with mental health conditions, physical disabilities and residents who require general nursing services. the successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach.

This home is a modern, purpose built nursing home in a seaside location, offering wonderful sea views and situated just metres from the beach. Equipment within the home is of the highest standard. This is a family run home-from-home, where individual needs and lifestyles of residents are supported. Management and staff are a very settled team, who are experts in caring for people with a range of needs, from dementia to complex nursing conditions.

Staff Nurse Skills and responsibilities
Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
Wound management
Administering oxygen
Putting together treatment plans
Overseeing a team of care assistants
Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Staff Nurse Requirements
Hold a relevant nursing qualification
Be registered with the NMC
Have satisfactory references
Have the right to work in the UK
