Job Description:
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team in Chelmsford, Essex. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, ensuring their well-being and supporting their recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high standards of nursing care to patients with mental health conditions.
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring and recording patient progress and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Providing support and education to patients and their families.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participating in clinical supervision and continuous professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
- Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
- Previous experience in a mental health setting is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
