Job Title: Staff Nurse (Permanent)

Location: Nursing Home in Sibbertoft

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Days and Nights)

Salary: Starting from £20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with NMC guidelines.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Provide support and guidance to healthcare assistants and junior staff.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) qualification.
- Active NMC registration.
- Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
