Job Title: Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN)

Location: East Sussex

Pay Rate: £20.85 per hour (including paid breaks)

Hours: 24 to 42 hours weekly with the opportunity for additional hours when available

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our team in East Sussex. The ideal candidate will possess astute clinical skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess the health status of residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)
- NMC registered
- Minimum of 12 months experience
- Strong clinical skills and astute judgment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
