Job Title: Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)

Salary: From £30,000 per year, plus additional out-of-hours compensation

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with veterinarians to provide high-quality care to our patients. You'll be involved in a variety of nursing duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic and the well-being of the animals in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general animal handling.
- Conduct various nurse consultations.
- Support surgical procedures, including patient preparation and anaesthetic monitoring.
- Perform basic radiography tasks.
- Provide care for hospitalised patients, including medication administration.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the clinic.
- Assist with laboratory sample collection and processing.
- Manage and maintain veterinary instruments.
- Help with stock management and ordering supplies.
Location & Package:
- Full-time, permanent position based in Chatteris.
- Regular working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 18:30.
- Participate in a shared rota for night and weekend emergency shifts.
- Competitive salary starting from £30,000, with additional compensation for out-of-hours work.

Candidate Requirements:
- RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse.
