We are an independent, family-run veterinary practice in East Anglia, seeking experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) or Student Veterinary Nurses (SVNs) to join our growing team. As one of the few remaining independent practices in the region, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, personalised care while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Salary: £26,000 - £33,000 (DOE)
About the Role
Our nurses form the core of our operations, with responsibilities spread evenly across ward care, theatre work, and consults. We have invested in state-of-the-art facilities, including spacious wards and advanced equipment like CT scanners, ensuring you have the tools to deliver the best care possible.
You will rotate between ward duties, surgical theatre, and consulting, giving you exposure to a variety of cases from routine to complex. We maintain a balanced rota system to ensure a healthy work-life balance, offering a flexible schedule that includes early, core, mid, and late shifts. Nurses work 1 in 5 weekends, with generous time off before and after. Participation in a night rotation is also required, but we offer a £2,000 night shift allowance and ample recovery time following night duty.
