Our client is looking for a new Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner to join their team in Bedford. This is fantastic opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist with MSK experience to further develop their skillset, in an environment known for rapid progression and employee satisfaction.
Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner - Key Requirements
· 5+ years' MSK experience.
· Skilled in requesting and interpreting diagnostic imaging.
· IRMER trained.
· Experience referring for Orthopaedic surgery/surgical opinions.
· Training/mentoring physiotherapists.
· Level 7 studies in progress.
· Injection therapy and independent prescribing (desirable).
· Optional: Diagnostic ultrasound and split FCP/APP role.
Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner - Responsibilities
· Manage complex MSK conditions, including diagnostics and referrals.
· Provide high-quality patient care and communication.
· Mentor and support physiotherapy staff.
· Contribute to staff development and training.
· Collaborate with the team for coordinated care.
· Ensure accurate patient documentation.
· Participate in service development and quality improvement.
