Clinical Pharmacist - Role Overview:
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert pharmaceutical input and supporting the pharmacy department in delivering a comprehensive medicine management service.
- Overseeing the procurement, preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medications while supervising junior staff.
- Facilitating the daily operations of the pharmacy department to ensure a safe and effective medicines management service for all patients and healthcare professionals.
- Taking responsibility for clinical services as designated and contributing to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- GPhC Registered Pharmacist, including newly qualified or overseas pharmacists who have obtained their GPhC registration.
- A strong desire to develop clinical skills and experience within a supportive environment.
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service.
