Location: Privte Mental Health Hospital with GOOD CQC Report
Salary: Up to £22.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Benefits: Good CQC rating
Minimum Experience Required: 12 months experience within a mental health setting
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the planning and implementation of patient care
- Developing and coordinating individual or group therapeutic activities
- Managing aspects of medication management in line with the Trust and NMC guidelines
- Participating in clinical review meetings
- Promoting, fostering, and ensuring good working relationships
- Adhering to all NMC, CQC and local authority standards and guidelines including the NMC code of professional conduct
- Acting as an advocate for our patients and residents
Service Description:
The service provides patient-centred open rehabilitation for men with chronic mental health, functional illnesses, and dementia between its two units. The service supports individuals with:
- Severe and enduring mental illness with complex needs
- Behaviours that challenge
- Subject to section 117 aftercare
- Detained under Mental Health Act 1983
- Subject to Care Programme Approach (CPA)
- Dual diagnosis and comorbid physical illness
- MoJ restricted patients
- Mild to moderate learning disability
