Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN) to join our healthcare team in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, ensuring their health and well-being are maintained. This is a permanent, full-time position working days only, offering a flexible hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical practitioners.
- Monitor and record patients' conditions and vital signs.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training activities.

Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
- Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and situations.
