Job title: Registered Nurse
Location: Warrington, Cheshire
Rate Of Pay: £20.50 - £21.00 per hour + Overtime, salary negotiable depending on experience
Shift Pattern: 36hrs a Week, Full Time, Permanent Contract.

About The Service:
We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You'll be working 36 hours a week at within a 20 bedded adult complex unit. This service supports residents with complex mental health needs whilst offering low secure services and a community-focused rehabilitation.

Who the service is looking for:
You will have experience of working with patients with a variety of mental health problems.
You will have knowledge of the Mental Health Act & Mental Capacity Act.
You will have the ability to deal with a very challenging patient group in a positive manner, with the ability to identify and manage stressful situations.
You will have experience in implementing risk assessments and developing risk management plans.
You will have the ability to work as part of a team and individually.
