Our expanding small animal first-opinion practice recently relocated to a state-of-the-art facility in January 2023. We are seeking an experienced Senior/Head Veterinary Nurse to join our growing, forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management: Lead by example, fostering teamwork and mentorship within the nursing team.
Professional Development: Encourage continuous learning and knowledge sharing, contributing to a progressive clinical environment.
Weekend & Bank Holiday Shifts:
One Saturday morning in three (08:30 - 12:30)
One out-of-hours on-call weekend in three (Saturday to Monday)
Equitable share of Bank Holiday out-of-hours on-call duties (approx. two annually)
Flexibility to adjust shift patterns collaboratively as the practice continues to evolve.
