Clinical Specialist - MSK (Musculoskeletal) - Prestigious Private Hospital - Guilford - Up to £41,500 + Benefits

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Clinical Specialist in MSK with a specific interest in Upper Limb conditions and Injection Therapy. This full-time position requires a commitment to a flexible shift pattern and involves developing new services within the hospital's MSK department.
Key Duties:
·Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments for general outpatient cases.
·Support the healthcare team in providing care that enhances the health of individuals and the broader community.
·Foster empathetic, respectful, and dignified relationships to demonstrate compassion in patient care.
·Actively contribute to the marketing, promotion, and development of the hospital's Musculoskeletal service.
·Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practice frameworks within the healthcare industry.
·Participate in the implementation of national healthcare developments at the local level.
Key Responsibilities:
·Clinical Expertise: Utilize advanced training and qualifications to provide specialist physiotherapy care, particularly focusing on Upper Limb conditions and Injection Therapy.
·Team Support: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes and ensure the delivery of compassionate care.
·Service Development: Engage with regional marketing teams, consultants, and GP referrers to enhance the Musculoskeletal service offering.
·Compliance: Maintain awareness and adherence to CSP and HCPC Codes, the Care Standards Act, and Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements.
·Organizational Skills: Apply strong organizational and planning skills, including effective risk management, to support the delivery of safe and effective care.
