Senior Physiotherapist - MSK & Inpatients
Our client is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join the Physiotherapy department. The role involves managing a clinical caseload, providing high-quality physiotherapy assessment and treatment for both inpatients and outpatients. The successful candidate will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team, offering pre-operative assessments and providing clinical guidance to other physiotherapy staff. Flexibility in shift patterns is required.
Senior Physiotherapist - MSK & Inpatients:
Key Requirements
·Chartered Physiotherapist with significant postgraduate experience.
·HCPC registration.
·Strong knowledge of CSP and HCPC Codes, Care Standards Act, and CQC requirements.
·Quality Assurance tools knowledge.
·Degree-level education or equivalent.
·Maths and English GCSE (A-C) or equivalent functional skills.
Senior Physiotherapist - MSK & Inpatients:
Key Responsibilities
·Manage and treat a clinical caseload to the highest standards.
·Conduct physiotherapy assessments for inpatients and outpatients.
·Perform pre-operative assessments in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
·Provide clinical leadership within the physiotherapy team.
·Ensure excellent patient care and customer service.
