Speech and Language Therapist - Prestigious Private Clinic - Band 5 - Band 7 Up to £50,000 (dep. on experience)
A leading independent healthcare provider in Surrey, recognized for enabling almost 10,000 people per year to achieve their potential, seeks a Speech and Language Therapist to join their team. There are multiple roles available at the Band 6, and 7 levels.
Speech and Language Therapist - Experience
·Experience in providing speech and language therapy to adults with acquired communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing problems.
·Ability to deliver neurorehabilitation in residential and outpatient settings.
·Skilled in speech, language, and swallowing assessments.
·Capability to develop SLT programmes and services under guidance.
·Competence in advising on dysphagia management.
·Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations.
Speech and Language Therapist - Duties
·Provide speech and language therapy services to adults with acquired issues.
·Offer neurorehabilitation in residential settings or on an outpatient basis.
·Conduct specialist assessments and interventions for clients, including those on the stroke pathway.
·Develop SLT programmes and services.
·Provide advice on dysphagia management.
·Monitor and achieve relevant standards.
·Manage own caseload and defined service area with minimal supervision.
·Contribute to multi-disciplinary team planning and service delivery.
·Participate in evaluation and audit of practice.
Shift Patterns:
·Full Time
·37.5 hours per week
