You'll also provide general inpatient rehabilitation services in collaboration with local NHS Trusts and outpatient care.
We are looking for a passionate, forward-thinking leader in neurorehabilitation to guide our Occupational Therapy (OT) team. Your goal will be to integrate evidence-based practices and empower clients to regain independence while facilitating efficient discharge planning.
Collaboration will be at the heart of your role. You’ll liaise with admissions and discharge coordinators as well as community therapy teams. Supervisory experience and a knack for mentoring junior staff are key for success in this role.
Professional development is encouraged, with access to clinical supervision and support from senior leadership.
This position is based at a state-of-the-art care and rehabilitation facility, equipped with cutting-edge technology to achieve life-changing results. Visa sponsorship is available for applicants already in the UK.
