Clinical Psychologist – Prestigious Private Clinic – Up to £59,000 (dep. on experience)

Shift Patterns:
• Full Time
• 37.5 hours per week
• Permanent position
A leading independent healthcare provider in Surrey, recognized for enabling almost 10,000 people per year to achieve their potential, seeks a Clinical Psychologist to join their department. There are two roles available at the Band 6, and Band 7 levels.

Clinical Psychologist Experience
• Experience in providing psychological services, including assessments and therapeutic support.
• Ability to supervise junior staff and psychology students.
• Competence in staff training and development regarding brain injury.
• Skills in research, clinical outcome analysis, and managing mental capacity and risk issues.

Clinical Psychologist Duties
• Conduct psychological assessments and develop intervention programs.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Prepare detailed reports on client progress and future recommendations.
• Supervise junior staff and psychology students.
• Deliver staff training on cognitive, emotional, and behavioral aspects of brain injury.
• Engage in research and publish findings.
• Analyze clinical outcomes and support the multi-disciplinary team.
• Advise on client suitability and participate in clinical and non-clinical meetings.
• Manage emotional impacts and discharge planning.

Salary:
£43,000 - £59,000 (dependant on exp) + Benefits
