Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses (RGN or RMN) to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high standards of care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient conditions and document care activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to provide holistic care.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership and support to healthcare assistants and other team members.
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Minimum of 1 year post-registration experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
