Veterinary Surgeron - Up to £80,000 - Greenwich Area - Prestigious, Independent Small Animal Practice

As a Veterinary Surgeon in this role, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and leading the clinical team to deliver exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing consultations, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of medical conditions
• Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the surgery
• Performing routine and complex surgeries, with access to advanced equipment and support from specialists
• Communicating effectively with clients, providing guidance on treatment plans and preventative care
• Working closely with a team of experienced nurses and support staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented practice culture
• Managing your own caseload and maintaining accurate patient records
• Ensuring the practice runs efficiently, adhering to best clinical practices and protocols
