As a Veterinary Surgeon in this role, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and leading the clinical team to deliver exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing consultations, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of medical conditions
- Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the surgery
- Performing routine and complex surgeries, with access to advanced equipment and support from specialists
- Communicating effectively with clients, providing guidance on treatment plans and preventative care
- Working closely with a team of experienced nurses and support staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented practice culture
- Managing your own caseload and maintaining accurate patient records
- Ensuring the practice runs efficiently, adhering to best clinical practices and protocols
