Staff Nurse (Family Run Nursing Home)

Position: Registered Nurse (Days or Nights)
Hourly Rate: £22 per hour
Working Hours: 36 hours per week

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking to join a supportive team? We have an exciting opportunity for you at our family-run, 40-bedded nursing home in Haywards Heath, with a Good CQC rating. We are currently looking for both day and night shift nurses to join our long-standing team.

About the Role:

• Pay Rate: £22 per hour
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift Patterns: Days or Nights available
• Setting: A well-established 40-bedded nursing home
• Manager Tenure: Our experienced manager has been with us for over 10 years, providing stability and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and wellbeing.
• Administer medication and manage care plans in accordance with CQC standards.
• Work alongside a friendly, experienced team, with always two nurses on shift to support each other.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents.
