Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in Guildford. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our elderly and dementia patients. Your role will involve assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care to meet the physical and emotional needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Monitor and record patient conditions, symptoms, and vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide support and education to residents and their families regarding health care needs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and policies.

Requirements:
- Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
- Experience in elderly and dementia care is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights if required.
