Care Manager – Home Care
Location: Benfleet (Office-Based)
Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 DOE
Service Type: Home Care (Elderly, Dementia, Palliative & Complex Needs)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

About the Role:
We are seeking a committed Care Manager to oversee and support our growing home care service. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of approximately 15 clients, ensuring person-centred, high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day care operations
• Supervise and support care staff
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Oversee care plans and client assessments
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals

Requirements:

• Experience in elderly, dementia, palliative, or complex care
• Prior leadership or management experience in a care setting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care REQUIRED
• NVQ Level 5 Preferred
