The Role: We are currently looking for a Clinical Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the clinical care team, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinical leader or someone looking to step into a management role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the clinical team to deliver outstanding care to residents.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
• Overseeing care plans, risk assessments, and medication management.
• Mentoring and supporting staff development.
• Fostering a positive and nurturing environment for both staff and residents.
