We’re part of an independent, vet-owned group across several locations, and we’re looking for a dedicated RVN to become a vital part of our close-knit team. At our practice, no two days are the same, and we’re proud to offer a wide variety of exciting tasks, including anaesthetic monitoring, medical nursing, and nurse clinics. Whether you’re an experienced clinical coach or an RVN eager to take on that role, we’ll support you every step of the way!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anaesthesia & Monitoring: Carry out anaesthetic induction, maintenance, and monitoring of patients undergoing surgical procedures.
  • Medical Nursing: Provide high standards of care to hospitalised patients, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the veterinary team.
  • Nurse Clinics: Run nurse-led clinics for services such as weight management, post-operative care, flea & worming advice, and puppy/kitten socialisation.
  • Surgical Assistance: Assist the veterinary team during surgeries, ensuring all instruments and equipment are ready and sterile.
  • Client Education: Advise and educate clients on pet care, medication, and preventive health measures.
  • Clinical Coaching: Guide and mentor student nurses and new team members (if applicable).
  • Laboratory Work: Conduct in-house lab tests, including blood work, urine analysis, and microscopy.
  • Administering Treatments: Assist with intravenous catheter placement, fluid therapy, and administration of medications as required.
