About the Role:As a Theatre Nurse at this Independent Private Clinic, you’ll play a key role in ensuring outstanding patient care during a variety of skin surgery procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to develop their skills in a specialised and rewarding field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional nursing care during surgical procedures, prioritising patient safety and comfort.
• Assist in the preparation and organisation of surgical equipment and instruments.
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and clinical staff to ensure seamless theatre operations.
• Support patients pre-operatively and post-operatively, providing compassionate and professional care.
• Maintain compliance with infection control, health and safety, and clinical governance standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualifications: NMC Registered Nurse with experience in theatre nursing.
• Experience: Prior experience in dermatology, skin surgeries, or similar procedures is advantageous but not essential.
• Skills: Strong teamwork, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
• Commitment: A dedication to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
