Salary: £55,000–£65,000 

About the Role An independent, two-site small animal practice near Heathrow is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join its dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, motivated vet ready to take the next step in their career and help grow a practice with strong potential.

Key Details:

• Work schedule: 4 days per week with 1:3 Saturday shifts.
• No OOH or bank holidays.
• Lead the clinical team and collaborate with the leadership team to grow the practice.
• Manage a varied caseload, including consulting, surgery, and dentistry.
• Opportunity to develop leadership and business management skills.
• Training available for ultrasound and other advanced skills.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: £55,000–£65,000 (dependent on experience).

• CPD: £1,500 CPD allowance and 4 CPD days annually.
