Job Title: Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Clinical
Location: Shoreham By Sea

Salary: From £21.50 per hour (Paid Breaks)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our clinical team in Shoreham By Sea. This is a permanent position, offering 24 to 48 hours per week with paid breaks. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their well-being and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and coordinate care for residents in accordance with current best practices, policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor and evaluate residents' health status, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professional.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and person-centered care.
- Provide support and guidance to healthcare assistants and other staff members.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) qualification.
- Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
- Previous experience in a similar clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach to care.
