About the Role
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with a flexible shift pattern.

Senior Radiographer - MRI - Key Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography.
• HCPC registration.
• Experience in general radiography with specialized training in MRI.
• Proficiency with IT systems such as RIS/PACS.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare sector operational systems and processes.
• Familiarity with the College of Radiographers and HCPC Code of Conduct.
• Understanding of Radiation Regulations.
• GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C grades) or equivalent functional skills level 2.

Senior Radiographer - MRI - Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality imaging services safely and efficiently within the Imaging Department.
• Perform both general and specialized radiographic procedures, assessing patient needs to determine appropriate techniques, as directed by the Clinical Services Manager - Imaging or Clinical Lead.
• Conduct imaging examinations in accordance with departmental policies, ensuring minimal radiation exposure to patients and staff while producing diagnostic-quality images.
• Uphold best practices in radiation protection, safety, and compliance with all relevant Local Rules and Systems of Work.
