Job Title: Staff Nurse

Location: Bexhill On Sea

Shift Pattern: Set Shifts / Weekend Shift

Salary: From £21.00 per hour with paid breaks

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Bexhill On Sea. This is a permanent position with set shifts for weekend work. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering person-centered care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and recording patient conditions, vital signs, and symptoms
- Assisting with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Providing support and guidance to healthcare assistants and other staff members
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and policies
- Participating in training and development activities to maintain professional competence

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a current NMC pin
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a care home or similar environment
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
