Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support the clinical team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Develop, implement, and review care plans to ensure they meet the individual needs of residents.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high standards of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
- Manage and resolve any clinical issues that arise, ensuring the well-being of residents.
- Provide direct nursing care when necessary, including medication administration and wound care.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all clinical activities.
- Participate in staff training and development programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a clinical leadership role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in healthcare.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
