Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Family-Run Nursing Home

Location: Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire
Pay: £20.50 per hour
Shifts: Days or Nights available

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) looking to make a real difference in a supportive, family-oriented environment? We are a well-established, family-run nursing home in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, with a "Good" CQC rating, seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our wonderful team.

About Us:
Our 45-bed nursing home has been providing high-quality care to our residents for many years. We are proud to have a long-serving, experienced manager who has been with us for 12 years, offering a wealth of knowledge and a stable, supportive environment for our staff.

The Role:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a warm and compassionate manner.
• Support residents with both physical and emotional needs.
• Work closely with a dedicated team of carers and support staff.
• Ensure that all care plans are followed, updated, and well-maintained.
• Provide leadership and support to junior staff members when needed.

Requirements:

• Qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC registration.
• Experience in elderly or dementia care is preferred but not essential.
• A passion for delivering excellent care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
