We are currently seeking a Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse to play a key role within our dynamic team. If you’re an experienced RVN with strong leadership skills, a commitment to clinical excellence, and a passion for animal welfare, we would love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading and mentoring the nursing team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of patient care and client communication.
  • Supporting the veterinary team in theatre, monitoring anaesthetics, and assisting with surgical and medical procedures.
  • Maintaining clinical and surgical equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and organised practice.
  • Overseeing and maintaining laboratory equipment, running internal lab tests, and managing external lab samples.
  • Driving continuous improvement through clinical audits, training, and protocol development.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to student and newly qualified veterinary nurses.
  • Promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified and Registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
  • A skilled and compassionate veterinary nurse with strong clinical experience.
  • A confident leader who can inspire and support a team.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining high clinical standards and professional integrity.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
