Position Overview:
- Role: Operating Theatre Lead Nurse

- Lead and manage the operating theatre nursing team, ensuring smooth operations and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate the preparation of the operating theatre, ensuring all necessary equipment, instruments, and sterile supplies are available.
- Oversee the adherence to safety protocols, infection control standards, and best practices in perioperative care.
- Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor and assess patient safety throughout procedures, providing leadership in critical situations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that clinical outcomes meet or exceed hospital standards.
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.
- Experience: Significant experience in an Operating Theatre or surgical environment with prior leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
