About Us:
Working on an 18-bed acute male admission hospital. Our comprehensive multi-disciplinary team takes pride in our ability to work with patients enduring mental illness and those who struggle with regulating emotions, acts of impulsivity, and managing relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with their care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to plan and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Participate in the development and implementation of evidence-based nursing practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Experience in mental health nursing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts as required.
