Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high standards of nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide support and guidance to care assistants, promoting a positive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Foster a caring and respectful relationship with residents and their families.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
• Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and a good understanding of elderly care and dementia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
