We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our client’s dedicated neuro-rehabilitation team. Senior Speech and Language Therapist - Role Overview

As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist, you will:
  • Deliver tailored therapy to adults with communication, cognitive, and swallowing challenges.
  • Conduct comprehensive neurorehabilitation assessments and interventions for stroke and neurological conditions, both in-house and on an outpatient basis.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and psychologists.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients, families, and staff on managing dysphagia and communication needs.
  • Design and implement therapy programs in consultation with senior SLTs to meet individual client goals.

Essential Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Speech and Language Therapy with current HCPC registration.
  • Membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapy (RCSLT).
  • Knowledge and experience in neurorehabilitation therapies and dysphagia management.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care aligned with professional standards and guidelines.
