Clinical Unit Lead (RMN) – Chesterfield (Nights) 

We are seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse (RMN) to join our prestigious nursing home & rehab centre in Chesterfield.

Key Details:

• Salary: £42,281.46 per year (£19.02 per hour)
• Shifts: Nights, 14 shifts over 4 weeks (9 PM - 9 AM)
• Hours: 42.75 per week
• Sponsorship: Available (if criteria met)

Role Overview:

• Lead on ward rounds, medication administration, and MCA/DoLS compliance
• Support teams across three specialist units in a 70 bedded home (substance misuse, dementia, supported living)

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC pin
• Previous experience preferred but not essential
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
