Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert medical care to patients undergoing treatment for substance misuse.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations.
• Develop and manage tailored treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
• Prescribe and monitor medication, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Support patients through detoxification and recovery phases, prioritising their health and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to provide holistic care.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: GMC-registered medical doctor.
• Experience: Experience in substance misuse, addiction medicine, or general practice with an interest in addiction is preferred.
• Skills: Strong clinical decision-making, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment: A patient-centred approach with a passion for making a positive impact.
