Are you a passionate, caring nurse looking to make a difference? We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our purpose-built, 49-bed nursing care facility in Llanelli, comprising of 5 smaller, unique buildings. The facility offers tailored care to adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to support our residents in leading fulfilling and independent lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centered care to adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions
  • Assist with medication management, assessment, and care planning
  • Lead and support a team of healthcare assistants and nurses
  • Provide support to newly qualified nurses with mentorship and guidance
  • Maintain excellent communication with residents, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team
Who We’re Looking For:
  • A Registered Nurse (RN, RMN, or similar)
  • Experience in care for adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions is preferred but not essential
  • Newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply – full support and training will be provided
