Are you an experienced and passionate RVN looking for an exciting new challenge? We are a world-renowned veterinary hospital, dedicated to delivering outstanding care for our patients. Specialising in oncology, soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, and interventional radiology, we are committed to the highest standards of veterinary science. Our state-of-the-art facilities feature advanced imaging technology, including a 160-slice CT scanner, C-arm fluoroscopy unit, intra-operative imaging, interventional radiology suite, and much more.

We are looking for a Diagnostic Imaging Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our hospital. This role is perfect for an organised and motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for advanced imaging techniques. You’ll work closely with our specialists, radiologists, and clinical team to ensure the highest level of patient care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Radiologists and Radiographers in daily operations
  • Maintain and manage imaging equipment and stock levels
  • Coordinate and prioritise the diagnostic imaging schedule
  • Support diagnostic procedures, including ultrasonography, radiography, CT imaging, endoscopy, and fluoroscopy
  • Ensure patient data and studies are accurately recorded and saved
  • Provide expert nursing care during sedation and anaesthesia for imaging procedures
  • Assist clinicians with research and data collation
  • Mentor and support other clinical team members
What We’re Looking For:
  • Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with active RCVS registration
  • Experience in diagnostic imaging preferred, but training can be provided
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment
  • A proactive and flexible approach to patient care and workflow management
