Staff Nurse – Days or Nights – £25/hr – Sleaford

Are you a passionate and dedicated Nurse looking to join a supportive and well-established team?

We are currently seeking a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our welcoming 40-bedded nursing home in Sleaford. Whether you're looking for day or night shifts, we offer 12-hour shifts (7am – 7pm or 7pm – 7am) with competitive pay of £25 per hour.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Delivering high standards of person-centred nursing care
• Developing and updating care plans to reflect individual needs
• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Leading and supporting care staff to ensure effective teamwork
• Monitoring residents’ health and responding to changes promptly
• Communicating with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintaining clear and accurate documentation in line with NMC standards

What We’re Looking For:

• A registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
• A team player with a kind and compassionate approach
• Someone who takes pride in providing high-quality, dignified care
